Session 2: Wednesday 29th January 25th 2020 | Developing growth mindset-opportunities and
challenges of a change in culture
Session 3: Friday 20th March 2020 | Growth mindset in action in an educational setting


This programme will use a combination of educational research, theory, case study and experience to
support the development and introduction of growth mindset, one of the most popular and arguably
talked about educational theories of recent years. The three sessions will be workshop based
and involve discussions and case study analysis and will aim to make school leaders aware of the
key theory behind successful implementation to support student progress and mental health and
wellbeing. Delegates would benefit from attending all three sessions
